Dreaming the Sacred: Exploring Shamanism, Meditation, and Drawing

Sundays for 6 weeks

1pm to 3pm EST

Location: Zoom

Course Description:
Step into a journey of creative exploration and inner awakening in this immersive six-week course. "Dreaming the Sacred" invites you to connect deeply with your own consciousness and creativity through the ancient practices of shamanism, dreaming, and drawing. Each week, participants will experience a guided meditation paired with sound healing techniques that invoke the visionary states of dreaming. From this heightened awareness, you will engage in spontaneous, intuitive drawing as a way to interpret and manifest the imagery, insights, and emotions uncovered during these sessions.

This course offers a unique blend of spiritual practice and artistic exploration, helping you bridge the gap between the inner world of dreams and the outer world of creative expression. No prior drawing or shamanic experience is required—just an open mind and heart. Through weekly Zoom sessions, you'll build a community with fellow participants as we explore sacred symbolism, dream states, and personal transformation through art.

Course Objectives:

Deepen your understanding of shamanic practices and the role of dreams in spiritual exploration.

Experience meditative and sound healing techniques that facilitate access to altered states of consciousness.

Develop your intuitive drawing skills as a tool for interpreting dreams and inner experiences.
